As Industrial Director of a 500p food industry plant in Ukraine, Laurent led a full turn around of the subsidiary based on a strong cost reduction program, the deployment of lean manufacturing to improve productivity and the launching of new products that increased customer acquisition in the neighbouring countries. The assignment lasted for a year before Laurent was hired as Ukraine’s Country Manager by the French Group.
