A Financial controller for the Group’s Northern Europe subsidiary in the agro-food sector was required for a period of 9 months in order to coordinate and support the current team of 6 managers. Alain’s successfully achieved assignment enabled to clarify roles and responsibilities, ensure processes adaptability and implement the IT SAP program destined to maximize performance of all production sites.
