In this capacity, you played an operational role in transformation situations, launch of new projects, relocation or carve-out. You have successfully contributed to outsourcing, digitalization or crisis management operations in large groups, ETIs or SMEs. Your expertise is of interest to our clients. Have you held very operational managerial positions, associated with a strategic vision as CEO, CFO, HR Director, Industrial Director but also Marketing Director, Lawyer, Sales Director, Digital Director, CTO, DSI, Logistics or Purchasing Director? Our missions may suit you. Geographically mobile, you are open, adaptable, curious, and have recognized managerial qualities. After discussion with our Partner, you sign a confidentiality document (NDA) aimed at protecting you and the customer. This document allows you to know the identity of the client who commissioned us, this information must remain confidential. We only communicate to the client the information that you authorize us to send, not sending any CV without your approval. To better understand your career path and better judge the suitability of your profile for a mission, we can offer you, if necessary, to answer a personality and professional skills questionnaire. We undertake to send you the results and comment on them.

The client has accepted your application and wants to meet you. You will prepare your interview and your roadmap with your NIM Europe Partner. On this occasion, the framework of your intervention, the context and the challenges of the mission are explored in greater detail.
