An Interim CEO for a acquired medical goods company in Poland was needed for a period of 18 months in order to secure post-merger integration building up a new strategy and achieving growth expected by new owner. As a result the company reversed the negative trend and reached sales growth of 10% and profit margin growth of 5% within 18 months.
