Replacing a manager whose organizational and team management skills were called into question, Christian became Industrial Director on assignment in a Business Unit of an aeronautics subcontractor group. He managed a team of around 20 people to lead the industrial process, guarantee the continuity of the Supply Chain and industrial performance. He also ensured the industrialization of new products in development and products in re-engineering by leading the industrial methods team.
