Our methodology:

Drafting of the brief

Prior to any candidate search, in addition to our general conditions of sale, we submit our mission brief to you. This procedure allows us to have all the relevant elements in order to select the right candidate(s). It is only after obtaining your agreement that we start our search.

Presentation of our candidates

The selection of our managers follows a rigorous methodology. For each mission, the richness of our bases and the quality of our network allow us to identify the right profile. No candidate is presented without having been received by us, in order to measure the adequacy of his career to the requirements of the mission. In addition, we carry out one of the recognized personality tests on the market as well as targeted reference checks.

Mission follow-up

From the origin to the end of the mission, our Transition Manager is accompanied by the same Partner of NIM Europe. Regularly, a progress report is established with the client company on the progress of the project. Any difficulties can thus be ironed out. At the end of his presence in the company, our manager transfers to his successor or to the team that will take over the elements allowing them to benefit from the relevance of the mission and thus justify his return on investment.
