Étienne ANDRÉ

Étienne ANDRÉ
Partner

Graduated from ESSEC Business School, Étienne joined IBM France as a sales engineer and then joined Axa where he successively managed the distribution network in the north-east quarter of France, R & D in group insurance, and then a mutual insurance company of the group. He then carries out missions of director and agent in service companies for which he carried out major restructurings. He was previously business partner in a interim management company.

Béatrice ANDURAND

Béatrice ANDURAND
Associate Partner

A graduate of the Economic and Financial Section of the IEP in Grenoble, she holds a third-cycle degree in marketing and communication from IAE and trained as a journalist at CFJ; she held various management positions in communication and marketing, in particular with the SNCF, at France 2 and at Arkema. She was previously a partner in an international executive search firm and joined NIM Europe in 2011.

“For the past four years I have undertaken various assignments for companies undergoing restructuring, reorganisation or development. I have supported general managers in a struggling transport company, in a pharmaceutical company undergoing European reorganisation, and in a rapidly growing industrial enterprise. In these types of circumstances, beyond experience, the mission leader’s personality must perfectly match the company’s culture and that of its executives; that is the main measure of success, and hence it is our constant concern.

Juliette BOUTRON-PASCUAL

Juliette BOUTRON-PASCUAL
TALENT MANAGER

With 20 years of experience in HR development, mainly in the information technology sector, Juliette has participated for more than 10 years in the development of various ESNs as HR Manager and Resource Development Manager. Specializing in the direct approach, evaluation and selection of senior executives and IT experts, she has also supported software publishers and executive search firms, mainly in France and Spain, before joining in 2019 the MPI Partners team. She holds a doctorate in Letters and a Master in HR from ESCP Europe.

Isabelle BROUSSOT

Graduated in a Master’s degree in AES and a DESS in Management from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, in 1990 she turned to Executive Search at Xavier Piettre Consultants then at Korn / Ferry International. She then took on the role of Conference Manager for the business community. In 1997, she joined Solving International (Efeso Consulting) to contribute to the development of consulting activities in organization and operational excellence. In 2000, Isabelle was in charge of communications at the Institute of Executive Officers (EMLyon Group). In 2003, she became Managing Director of Syntec Recrutement before joining FD Associates as a Recruitment Consultant.

She decided to move towards interim management by integrating MPI executive in January 2008.

Graduated from HEC Business School , certified at New York University and the London Business School, he started his career with L’Oréal and the Bourjois Chanel Group,.He than held general-management responsibilities with the Estée Lauder Group (France, Germany), and later with the Revlon Group, for which he was President and CEO in France. He also completed a interim assignment in the LVMH Group. He acquired NIM Europe in 2011.

Yves capitalizes on nearly 20 years of experience in human resources consulting firms (assessment, training and recruitment of senior executives and managers). In 2016, he joined MPI executive – a recognized player in Interim Management – to deploy his expertise, particularly in support and industrial functions, for missions both in France and internationally. Yves holds a DESS in International Human Resources Management and a graduate of the Free Institute of International Relations Studies (ILERI). He speaks English and Russian.

Caroline GELIS
FINANCE MANAGER

Caroline began her career in 1987 with King Sturge, a corporate real estate company, in 1995, she was promoted to general secretary with the functions of supporting growth and being responsible for support functions: accounting, finance, legal, resources human and general services. In 2011, she actively participated in the due diligence of the three entities of King Sturge. In 2012, she was appointed RAF at Tetris General Contractor and Consulting (subsidiary of the JLL Group).

« I discovered Interim Management in 2014 when joining MPI, an exciting job! My goal is to combine rigor, efficiency and flexibility in order to offer managers peace of mind in the execution of their mission. »

Odile GOURIER

HEAD OF TALENT MANAGEMENT

A graduate of ISIT (then Institut Supérieur d’Interprétariat et de Traduction), Economic and Commercial Technical option, fluent in English, Odile has spent most of her career in Executive Search firms (Heidrick & Struggles, CEO Search, Janus Executives) in the approach and evaluation of senior executives, in various sectors of activity (industries, retail, services).

In 2018, she chose to work in an emergency and joined MPI executive to create the function of Head of Talent Management, a position that she now assumes within the Interim Management – NIM Europe Pole of the Menway Group, leading the Community of Managers. and continuing its sourcing and search for executives, experts and managers.

Olivier GRAPIN

Olivier GRAPIN
MANAGING PARTNER

A graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine, Olivier began his career in 1997 as a national service volunteer, in the IT department of BNP-Paribas in Athens to develop performance management tools. He progressed to various positions as project manager at SFR, then as interim manager in the IS field, in companies undergoing transformation (Linpac-Allibert, Alstom, Réseau Ferré de France).

Olivier joined MPI executive in 2013. For the past 7 years, he has brought expertise in IT and digital functions to the firm. Partner and leader of MPI partners, a subsidiary of the Menway group since 2019, his action includes business development and management of a team of talent managers in charge of sourcing (managers and freelancers).

Sandrine MANCEAU

Operation manager

A graduate of ESAM, Sandrine has worked in structures ranging from very small businesses to multinational in various industries. She notably worked for the LeasePlan group where she acquired commercial skills and developed a great sense of customer relations. In 2006, she joined the Management Cabinet of Transition Valtus, where she was Partner and managed the Management & amp; Internal finance. Sandrine then held positions of Administrative and Financial Department and Direction General. She also launched her digital creations business, Plum’Tim, which enabled her to develop his artistic fiber, graphic skills and confirmed a certain agility.

Stéphane MELLINGER
MANAGING PARTNER

After a volunteer service at the French Embassy in Warsaw, Stéphane began his career in 1990 at Xerox in Moscow. In 1994, still in Moscow, he joined APV Ltd (Invensys group), a British supplier in the agro-food sector, to lead the Russian subsidiary. He also takes over the management of all Group subsidiaries in Germany, Central Europe and the CIS. In 2002, Stéphane founded MPI executive, a “pure player” in interim management, which he has managed ever since. In 2019, MPI executive joined the Menway group, joined its Interim Management Pole and renamed itself NIM Europe. A graduate of ESCP Europe, Stéphane holds a Diplomkaufmann (1989). He speaks English, German, Bulgarian, French and Russian. His motto: “I don’t know anything, but in several languages”

Marc PETITQUEUX

Marc joined NIM Europe in 2020. Prior to that, he held the positions of CEO, Site Manager, Business Unit Manager and VP Sourcing & Supply Chain. He spent several years in the Automotive, Aeronautics and Defense industries. He also took over by LBO a Building construction company. He also created and directed a Master Engineering School for 8 years. Graduated as ICAM Master Engineer and certified by the ESSEC Business School, he brings a real expertise in Executive Interim Management.

A graduate of ESC Rouen and the holder of an Executive MBA from HEC, Franck served in Operational Management and General Management for more than 20 years in several international high-tech groups (Otis, Fujifilm, Avery Berkel, Siemens). Later he was CEO of Johnson Controls Service et Solutions France. He joined NIM Europe in 2014.

After handling business development for a previous Interim Management company, he held various managerial positions in sales and marketing in the music industry and radio (RTL Group) for more than 20 years and joined NIM Europe in 2012.

François VAQUIER

A graduate of the Joint Warfare Superior School, Major General (2S), François spent most of his career in the Army in operational command and staff positions. He worked for 12 years in senior positions in the Human Resources Department and then in the cabinet of the Minister of Defense, where he headed the structure in charge of supporting general officers to civil employment. Before joining NIM Europe in 2017, François developed his knowledge of the business for 4 years in two Executive Interim Management firms.
