Il doit tr\u00e8s vite rencontrer les acteurs en pr\u00e9sence, cadres, salari\u00e9s, instances repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel.\r\n\r\nIl doit ensuite mesurer l\u2019apport de chacun de ses collaborateurs \u00e0 la marche de l\u2019entreprise, que ce soit en termes de cr\u00e9ation de business, de leadership, mais aussi de capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 bien g\u00e9rer les activit\u00e9s dont il a la charge. Il doit aussi mesurer l\u2019incidence du d\u00e9part de certains d\u2019entre eux sur l\u2019avancement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du projet.
