INTERIM SITE MANAGER: WHAT ASSETS FOR YOUR PRODUCTION COMPANY?<\/h2>\n

Responsible for operational management, the Site Director is responsible for ensuring production, margin, and quality targets are met. They work closely with the General Manager and the Operations Director. In a context of urgent transition management<\/a><\/strong>, the Transition Site Director will be operational and effective immediately.<\/p>\n

WHO IS THE SITE MANAGER?<\/h2>\n

Sometimes referred to as a Site Director or Branch Director, they are responsible for the administrative representation of a site. This is generally the case for subsidiaries geographically spread across several sites. They then assume the role of site or establishment manager for each of these entities. They are called Branch Director when one of their sites represents a subsidiary of the company.<\/p>\n

MISSIONS OF THE SITE MANAGER<\/h2>\n

The Site Manager has many responsibilities. They are initially responsible for managing and organizing the production site. To do this, they manage all production-related tasks: manufacturing, methods, maintenance, logistics, quality, etc. They also organize human, logistical, and financial resources to ensure the smooth running of production. During a transition mission, these missions must be implemented and completed within a well-defined timeframe with expected results. Furthermore, they are responsible for verifying on-site performance and optimizing its organization. They do this by defining and monitoring key performance indicators. They then report to senior management, production management, and technical management. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with on-site standards and regulations (quality, health, safety, and the environment).
